扶輪青年服務團（扶青團）是一個由國際扶輪針對 18 至 30 歲青年族群，致力於服務、領袖培育的國際性社群組織。
因應扶輪地區編制調整，自 2017-18 年度起，國際扶輪 3482 地區將從原先的 3480 地區劃分而出，範圍涵蓋台北市西南區域（大龍峒至台北府城一帶）。國際扶輪 3482 地區扶輪青年服務團透過社區服務、職業發展、國際合作，以及友誼交流等形式之例會活動，不僅推行各業高尚道德標準、解決社會需求與相關問題、促進國際瞭解與親善，更能從中將這些理想在生活應用發揚光大，展現扶輪青年的社會影響力。
根據編制，隸屬於 3482 地區共計有 19 個運作中的扶青團，團名（按團齡排序）如下：
台北延平、台北城中、台北城東、台北稻江、台北大稻埕、台北北海、台北圓環、台北大安、台北大龍峒、台北西北區、台北百城、台北東海、台北新世紀、台北圓滿、台北上城、台北保安團、台北邑德團、台北百合團與台北怡東團（2019/07/01 更新）。
Rotaract is a worldwide Rotary-sponsored organization that caters to young professionals aged from 18 to 30 committed to service and leadership in communities and abroad.
Rotaract District 3482 is situated in the southwestern region of Taipei city comprising from Dalongdong to Taipei Walled City. We emphasize fulfillment through community service, professional development, international cooperation and interpersonal relationships to promote ethical standards of all useful occupations, address needs and concerns of the community, and make better relations between all people worldwide.
